Whether we’re adding a rich bourbon caramel sauce atop grandmother’s old-fashioned skillet apple pie or hand-dipping our famous bourbon toffee truffles in Ghirardelli chocolate, consider us masters of bourbon confections!
As avid bourbon drinkers, John and Missy will happily mix you up a refreshing bourbon cocktail. Whether it’s a classic bourbon drink such as a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, or more creative use of bourbon and ingredients such as fresh herbs, fruit, or homemade mixtures, we’ll quench your bourbon thirst.

With nearly 100 bourbons onsite, we’re likely to have your favorite dram – perhaps even tucked beside one of those rare pours you’ve been searching for. We’d love to help you create a flight to try out some new or lesser-known brands as well. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, you’re still in luck as we are located down the street from the most prolific bourbon bar on record, Watch Hill Proper. With over 1800 unique bourbons and ryes, you’ll find no larger collection of American whiskies under any other roof in the world. A MUST STAY! From check-in to departure, our stay at Chateau Bourbon was perfect. This was our second stay and most definitely won’t be our last. Missy and John are exceptional hosts. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated like family. The 3-course breakfast and happy hour sweet with accompanying cocktail are always delicious and beautifully prepared and served.
